Yoga
Yoga is becoming well known for its physical and emotional benefits. Yoga has been shown to help people:

- decrease cholesterol, triglyceride levels, catecholamine hormones that are produced in response to stress
- boost the immune system function
- improve digestion and excretion of food
- lessen symptoms related to chronic medical conditions such as asthma, back pain, diabetes, obesity and arthritis
- prevent and recover from physical injuries
- manage stress, anxiety and improve concentration
Orenda Springs offers Yoga in a Yurt (Year-round Universal Recreation Tent) and in the natural environment through workshops held in the spring, summer and fall. The workshops are tailored for the needs of a group.
